Cancellation Policy/Salon Etiquette


Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24-hours notice. If you need to cancel an appointment, it's no big deal, if you give us a heads up! Our stylists like to stay busy, and their livelihood depends on it! So, if you can not make your scheduled appointment, please give the courtesy to allow someone else to book in that 1-3 hour spot by calling us 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right upon not giving proper notice, or "no showing" an appointment to charge 50% of the service. Thank you for understanding!

On the day of your appointment:

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment. 

Children in the salon:

We are dedicated to rejuvenation and peace. We kindly ask parents that children do not accompany you to your salon or spa visit unless they are scheduled for a service.

Personal items:

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your service.
