ASHIATSU MASSAGE
A massage technique that involves the application of the practitioner’s feet, rather than the hands or arms, to a guest’s body. During this massage, therapists use their bare feet to deliver deep compression on the back of your body, long gliding strokes, and/or assisted stretching.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
For those who seek deeper pressure with profound, lasting effects such as the athlete, those starting on a fitness journey, or the massage connoisseur. PRENATAL MASSAGE
Enjoy a full body massage that eases aches, reduces fatigue, improves skin elasticity, reduces swelling, and lessens anxiety. Please note anyone with a high-risk pregnancy or medical complications should consult with a physician before booking and is required to bring a doctor’s note before the service can be rendered. We cannot perform massage services if under 12 weeks pregnant.

GROUNDING FOOT MASSAGE

Your therapist will provide a gentle stretching session explicitly designed to address your physical needs. *this service is with clothes on, please wear clothes that you can move in. Loose clothes! The benefits of stretching include increased range of motion and flexibility, improved circulation, improved posture, stress relief, and pain relief.

CUPPING THERAPY
Cupping Therapy is an alternative medicine treatment that creates suction on areas of the body. Cupping stimulates blood circulation, easing muscle tension and removing stagnant blood toxins. This service is beneficial for those who experience chronic back pain, hip dysfunction and sciatic pain among other Health Conditions. It is contraindicated for those with liver or kidney disease, heart problems, stroke risk, pregnancy, breastfeeding, cancer, blood disorders, and those taking blood thinners.
