CANCELLATION POLICY:
Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24-hours notice. If you need to cancel an appointment, it's no big deal, if you give us a heads up! Our stylists like to stay busy, and their livelihood depends on it! So, if you cannot make your scheduled appointment, please give the courtesy to allow someone else to book in that 1-3 hour spot by calling us 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right upon not giving proper notice, or "no showing" an appointment to charge 50% of the service. Thank you for understanding!
